The first night I charged my controllers overnight and it worked great, but after the first charge it failed. Not made for kids, I got mad having to make sure the controls were on the charger properly, and controllers would not fully charge.

I put the controllers on it and sometimes it starts glowing if I push it down on it just right. But it'll just stop right away sometimes and I don't know if it's working. Don't seem to charge very fast if at least it's doing that much.

Charging station is just ok. It doesn't always start charging right away. You really need to make sure it sits in the connectors evenly and press down on the charger. It doesn't seem tight; it wiggles.

You have to make sure it’s in the up position and push it down all the way when placing the controllers on. Also, you have to sit the controllers on just right or else they won’t charge either.

The item feels pretty cheap fro the price and I have to fiddle with the controllers to get them to charge. It can be pretty annoying honestly, but once it works then it works.

This is the worst charger ever. You simply can't just drop the controller into the charger. It has to be lined up perfectly to charge it. Also made of light cheap plastic. Awful

I find it somewhat difficult whenever attempting to place the hand-controllers on the cradle for charge. It's like they don't naturally settle into the correct alignment.

The charging dock is pretty good. It does the job but there are times where it seems like it doesn't want to charge the controller and I've only had it for a year.

This device will definitely charge your PS4 controllers, but only if you place them just right and don't jostle or slightly move them. Would be better with a stronger docking mechanism.

Fists day I used the charger had to charge the controller twice to get a full charge it happened a couple of times. Now after using it about 5 times it doesn't charge at all. Not worth the money going back to nyko product.

This charger has a nice design and looks sharp, but only a few weeks after buying it one of the sides is already broken. It won't charge.

Best Buy did a price match on this item. Decent product. However, I have seen chargers which are cheaper with much better indication of charge level.

The way to mount the controller is a but finicky and awkward. Sometimes it doesn’t charge it if it’s off by just a tiny bit. Feels very cheaply made.

I have seen better version of these. I dont play much so I dont feel like I was totally ripped off. Not that sturdy and definitely want make it through a year in a kids room!

This charger could be better if it had 4 ports instead of just 2. It didn't feel very secure when first used but seems to be working ok. Gets the job done at least.

Like travel cases...great for adults...useless to kids...don't buy unless you have wired controllers!

I purchased the dock in an attempt to save time by charging 2 controllers. I dont know if mine is broke or what but it only allows to charge one controller at a time.

Had some issues with the first one I bought but this one works fine... just be gentile when placing the controller on the stand!
