I don't really like the charger. it's hard to get the controllers to sit on it correctly. I would try something else.

Mounting controller a little odd. Wish it was able to support controller skins. Need to remove skin before mounting controller to charge.

I like the fact that I no longer need to have a controller plugged in WHILE my ps4 is being used, the lights being an indication of the charge level is also very helpful

This charger works well to charge the controllers. The problem I have is it is hard to get the controllers to connect. It isn't intuitive.

Sometimes a controller doesn’t get set on the charger correctly. If you step too hard, it could move the controller off the charging pegs.

The plastic is on the cheap side, feels 3rd party, not like a Sony product, but it works. I'd rather spend more on a more solid product.

The charger itself is good. The bad side is the two stand on both side is weak. Be really careful.

I haven't had the opportunity to use this product yet but if its anything like it suggests I'm sure it will be great

I bought this for my 7yr old boys. They’ve had problems getting them to charge. So I’m constantly having to help them put them in the dock properly.

It works but sometimes it’s hard to get the controller to sit in the right spot without hitting the PS button and cutting the PS back on.

Ok charger, sometimes a little flimsy and you have to really press down on the remote to secure it and charge.

i dont like that i always have to play with the stupid thing to make it connect properly for the charge to work and forget about trying to charge 2 at the same time

I’ll ignore the fact for now that this unit was DOA - wouldn’t charge out of the box and is now scheduled for a refund. Besides that, I bought this as a replacement/upgrade for a different charger base that had lasted me for years until I dropped it. This unit has two fatal flaws compared to my previous charger. First, it uses its own wall wart power supply, so you need yet another outlet in order to use this. Secondly, and even worse, it has a proprietary power connector. My previous unit used a micro-USB connector so I could charge directly off the PS4 using the standard USB cable, or from a USB power supply of my choice. Since this unit uses a proprietary connector (the likes of which I’ve never seen before) you have no option but to use the included charger, and hope that it works, never breaks, and never gets lost. Since my unit is DOA, I have no way of telling where the fault lies since I can’t just swap out the charger for another.

I love the idea, I love not having to use the charge cable, but I hate this design. Not the easiest to use, especially if your a 10 year old, like my son.

its difficult to get it to lock into place and charge. Its still better than nothing but could be more stable.

I would make it more solid and a little heavier. This is the second one we have bought and the first one broke

One side doesn't charge my controllers and it's only been 4 monthssince I received it. But overall is really good.

I am not sure I like the design of it. Sometimes, it takes a little work to have it sit in just right to charge.

You had one job, PS4 charger. Let me be able to plug my controller into you. You couldn't do it. They're too clever -- they put a little "pop-up" feature in it to make it so that it "pops up" when you're done charging, apparently regardless of the fact that this makes it very difficult to plug in. My 12 year old couldn't do it at all, which completely defeats the purposed. And, of course, since BB only allows 14 days to return and I bought this and saved it for a birthday, I can't return it. It's also cheap, poorly put-together garbage. Nice job all around, guys. :-/
