The connection is broken easily if bumped and for some reason they don't always charge fully every time. I actually had to return mine and get a replacement charger because the first one I bought was faulty or defective.

Only connects when it feels like it

The other side works, but the controller disconnects if you breathe on it. In short, the controllers won't stay connected except with a lot of patience and a very steady hand. Bummer.
