Not what I was expecting, hard to use a bit fragile. Seems like to easly brake it cannot tell if its working or not.

The thing flat out didn’t charge my controller, I tried resetting the controller multiple times and tried that to see if it would work I DONT have a PS4, I’m using my PS4 controller for my PC and I bought this so I can charge my controller and play on my PC If I had a PS4 this might have worked differently (with connection issues ect ect) But I bought this hoping it would charge the controller as “advertised” I ended up returning it

This is an ok charging station. Somewhat hard to put the controller in and know if it’s charging or not, but it’s worth it for the price.

This product seems very cheap....I don't know if I got a lemon or what, but it did not charge my controllers. I even pre charged my controllers up to about 50% with a wire connect, prior to placing them on the charging station (because they were new controllers. & I figured they may need to be charged initially before charging them on a station), and it still didnt work. Still looking for a good charging station.....

This charger doesn’t let you know when the controller is charged or charging. The docking station is not the best for setting the charger.

I'ave bought 2 of these and both broke almost immediately. The first one broke where the charging line plugs into the charger. I went to plug it in and the receiving end broke and fell inside the charger. I bought a replacement and one side of the charger never even worked and now Best buy won't take it back because it was past 15 days from cate of purchased. Now we are just using our phone chargers to charge the controllers. Not happy at all.

The stand holding the controllers isn’t secure so if it slightly moves it won’t charge. Any little movement and it stops charging

We bought it because we have multiple PlayStation remotes. Only one side worked in the beginning and now neither side works! Will be returning.

The first one we bought was broke out of the box. The second one worked until the charge connections broke approximately 6 months in.

I like the concept , but it's pretty finicky when it comes to controller placement. I have to place them in a few times before they will begin charging and sometimes they stop for no reason, so I ended up buying another one that works much better, but since this was an XMAS gift I couldn't return it.

One of the two spring loaded power charging port connections won't spring back up to enable charging, cheap engineering!

Worked somewhat okay for the first 3 months after that it no longer charged our controllers.

One of the 2 cradles only charges if you play with it a bunch. Controllers don’t fit into it very securely.

Didn't work that well and it was having functioning issues only one week after of use.

The spring loaded controller port is a horrible design. The charger is much more stuff than a regular phone charger, so to have it spring loaded is a complete waste of time and makes it harder to use. On top of that, one of the charging ports didn't work and nothing could change that. I returned the product

overall it does charge the remotes but my son has to take his protective covers off of them for it to fit properly.

THESE WERE BIRTHDAY GIFTS, ONE IS DEFECTIVE AND DOES NOT CHARGE CONTROLLERS HAVE TO RETURN TO STORE.

The chargers don't fit snugly, an ok but not great solution.

Same problem with every other charger, difficult to mount and align without touching buttons. Slow charger

Difficult to place the controllers on this charging station. I would look at other options before choosing this one.
