I bought this for my son, and I'm not impressed. It's cumbersome to use. There are other products out there that aren much better.

This is a decent charger when it works. The connection is loose.

It was difficult to get the controllers on it. I bought this because I thought it would look nice and a little more organized. Only one side would charge. The other side would charge if I wiggled the controller. I thought this was a Sony product, which it wasn’t. Just some knock off. I made sure the controllers were pushed down all the way. Felt like I was going to break them when I put them on.

Not a high quality product. It charges ok but the controllers fall out. They don’t lock in.

Yet I haven't reached out to the company to replace it so honestly it just seems cheap I usually don't like her views that talk about something that's broken and they haven't replaced it yet Best buy's return. So small it was hard to tell that I was even having issues. will contact the company for a warranty exchange with the manufacturer's warranty

I would not recommend. My stand broke and it has a hard time charging my parents controllers.

While it does charge it you have to make certain you have locked it down. It can take several tries to get it to start charging.

For some reason it only charges the generic controllers. It does not charge the controller that came with the PS4.

Stop working after a couple month, did not charge after a couple uses

Not at all happy with this product. You have to constantly adjust the controllers for them to charge, and most of the time they lose connection and don't charge. I would return the charger, but I just noticed I am out of the return window by a couple of days. Which sucks since this was a Christmas present for my son.

I returned it, because it doesn't light up like PDP Energizer. Snapping the control in place can be difficult at times as well.

I seem to have better luck charging with regular android cord. Gonna take back, maybe just bad one??

Bought it 17 days ago, it worked fine that day, left the next day for a 15 day trip came back and it doesn’t work anymore, mystery. Funny because I can’t return it anymore. Well I’ll try to send it for manufacturers warranty. Another thing dualshocks are being held only by this small pins on the bottom wich is hard to target when you’re trying to stick it in.

This product broke within a year of use. It won't charge the controllers I plug into it at all. I took very good care of this charging station (plugged it into a surge protector and kept it in a secure place), and this charging station refuses to work. I won't purchase from PowerA again.

Not a fan. Does not lock the controller in and pops out. Does not charge the controller.

Extremely difficult to get controller positioned to charge. We have the blue controllers maybe that's why??

I bought this and had to return it the same day did not charge the controllers at all only one side would even begin to charge before stopping within 3 seconds. I returned it and got a different brand same exact thing so I wouldn’t buy controller chargers from Best Buy.

What could happen been a standard stand for your controllers that also charged them, this has a unique push down to engage the controller to charge that often ends up in misalignment our your controllers being knocked off. You’ll find yourself pushing it down and then balancing your controller on top. Using the bottom input just ends in missed hits.

Worked great for a few months but very sensitive to the touch. For example if you have two controllers on the charger and accidentally touch one or the other it will stop charging. I’ve given up on this charger and purchased a more reliable controller charger.
