Unlike my review on their xbox charging stand(which I love) I would avoid this one at all costs. Getting the controllers to go into place to actually charge is near impossible and if a breeze comes by they stop. I wouldn't recommend this !

The product is good, but limited to controllers (does not charge other products).

I regret buying a "new" one of these, thinking that the last one was just a lemon. I can verify that this is a GARBAGE product and does not work as advertised. I plan on returning this product AGAIN this afternoon at my local Best Buy. Buyer Beware........

I think play station should taken a second look at this product cause it should not have broken within 15 days. I was 2 days late from best buy to get an exchange for a brand new charger. So I lost out on money. Best buy should have a 30 day return policies like most stores.

I have tried quite a bit of troubleshooting to get this to work - no luck. I will probably return it. Besides the technical issue of it not charging the controller(s), the charging station is poorly designed. The controllers don't fit easily into the charging cradle. Not worth the money!

The remote has to click in place and can be finicky to get just in the right spot.

The controllers do not always lock into place properly!

It’s a nice idea and I do use it for my backup controllers... here’s what the product summary doesn’t tell you: Doesn’t work with controllers that have poly covers Cheaply made plastic Controllers sit awkwardly Otherwise you get what you pay for....

Poor design, difficult to plug to charge. You expect something easier, coming from Sony.

my 7 year broke this thing very quickly. not made for kids.

If I could I would rated no stars I purchased 1 and it did not work out. I returned it and had an exchanged for another one. I plugged it in and tried it out and that one did not work. I ended going back and getting my refund back.

It charged controllers great for a month. Now only one side charges.

this worked great for about 3 months then one side went out.

This thing won't work if you have a protector on controller i wasn't gonna take it off every time I have to charge it and even without the protector i really hate having to push and force the controller to sit and charge no!

Its very cheap feeling and doesn't work that well.

Doesn't/didn't even work. I plugged it in and tried charging two controllers; me and my friend's controller and it didn't charge them at all. The delivery was nice but I was very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Opened this up a few days before Christmas to get it ready and it is a used product and there is no power supply included. That's pretty awful Best Buy. If Best Buy remedies the situation, I will write another review, but for now, this is terrible.
