This thing honestly sucks. No matter how you try to charge the remotes they dont ever stay in the harness. The idea is trash. I wish i could return mine but i dont have the box anymore or the receipt

Terrible. Just plain terrible. The controllers snap in but they pop back out. At first it was one that stopped working for both my controllers but then recently the other doesn’t hold them in. Do not recommend at all.

Tried a bunch of times to get it to work and the controller just wouldn't stay in so I returned it. Not sure if I was just doing it wrong or not though so that is why I gave it 3 stars.

Remotes will not connect properly therefore never charging. If you get lucky one remote might happen to fall into place and charge but that has only happened twice. Charging two remotes at the same has never worked.

This isn't the best built quality but it does the jobs.

Works fine but very poorly made. Cheap flimsy plastic that feels like it will break at any moment. Also it is so light that it will constantly fall over. Love sony products but very disappointed in this one.

Do not buy this product. Not sure how this was even approved by Sony. It’s super flimsy. I thought it would have been easy since it connects from the bottom of the controller but it was just a mess to connect the controller to the charger.

The only thing it was made for and it wouldn’t even connect to any of my controllers. My controllers work fine with changing from the system or from a 3rd party charger so I’m jut using those to charge my ps4 controllers instead...

It works......kind of, sometimes. It only charges the controllers if they are on this perfectly which is about impossible to do. I've never gotten a full charge from this because if the controller moves a fraction of a millimeter it stops charging

At first it is a great product but after a while it stopped charging my controllers. . . either because the connection, once you place it on the charge is not great or the charger just stopped working.

The controllers won't dock. You press down it appears they are charging and the minute you take your hands off they aren't charging anymore.

Does not fit well and controllers can’t be easily placed on the device in order to charge it. The chargers don’t work reliably due to improper fit. It seems cheap and poorly designed.

This does not charge my controllers, every time I put them on here it completely takes the charge from them... idk if this is meant to decharge them or charge them lol so confused

This product is total failure at design. It is impossible to securely dock controller to charge the device. I do not recommend this product, buy something else that provides secure docking.

Doesn't work if the controller has a skin on it which sucks. When you do put the controller on you have to push it three to four times before it clicks and actually works.

The design of this could have been much better...it's a hassle to keep trying to get the controller in just right...better off just using a cord or a nyko charger....total waste of money.

One side doesn’t work. We wanted to charge both controllers at once which is why we bought this charging port in the first place. Not impressed.

Got multiple controllers and always wanted to get one of these to have all my controllers charged and ready to go but after about 3 months it just stopped working.

Quality and build suck. Hits the power button every time I go to charge the remote. It stopped working on one side. Just all together cheaply made crappy charger.
