The problem I had with this product: After a month it would only charge one controller at a time. Power A customer service required multiple calls to get a new one.

This base doesn’t seem to work, it’s as those the controllers aren’t weighted enough to be fully docked to charge. I’ll be returning and getting a better charging dock for sure.

Dies not work with Sony OEM recharging inputs. Why make this kind of garbage? Why does Best Buy sell it? A waste of time and money. Which happens every second purchase at Best Buy. Returning.

I'm giving this product four stars even though we had a problem with it. I see a few other people had a similar problem but ranked it only one star. The manufacturer stood behind the product for me so I don't feel the need to rank them too low. I took off the one star because I don't think I should have had a problem with it in the first place. I bought the first one at my local Best Buy on Dec 26, 2015. It worked great for about six weeks before we noticed that one side was not charging. I contacted the manufacturer, gave them the info they requested and they sent us out a replacement at no charge. That said, the charger works great and keeps the controllers topped off and ready for the next adventure. Some of the chargers I looked at required a dongle that stays attached to the controller, I like this one because it doesn't require a dongle. I highly recommend keeping either your original receipt or a clear .jpeg image of the receipt with the item's serial number in the pic also, just in case, for the length of the warranty. (2 years on this one)

Very flimsy and broke within days of purchase. Controllers didn't easily stay in place to charge and charging prongs broke with little pressure on them.

I tried it once and it didn’t work. So, I use my cellphone charger to be able to charge my ps4 controller. Waste of money. Do not buy it! TRUST ME!

Does not work with ps4 controllers. The points of contact do not reach the controller rendering it a useless item

This charger is junk. The controllers don’t connect well when in the charger. The whole thing is very cheap. Find an alternative option.

This does not charge the PlayStation remotes. We have 3 and none of them will charge. I would return but don’t have the box anymore.

This device was either originally broken when they sold it to me, or it is just a piece that doesn’t function

I don't recommend this product, brand new or of the box and only one side recharges, I have 2 controllers!

Don't think it ever worked liked it is supposed to. It's only charging one gamepad. I'll be taking this one back and trying out the Insignia charging station.

Honestly it feels like a rather cheap piece of equipment. It would hardly charge the controllers correctly. I don’t even use it anymore.

One side of the charger didn’t work from the get go. The other stopped working after a couple days. Don’t waste your money.

I received this online. I plugged it in and it doesn't work. You have to hold the controller down for it to charge.

Lasted about 6 months and one side of the charger has now failed. Can’t return. Wouldn’t buy again

This item broken within a few months. Now it is useless. Don't waste your money! I wish I had purchased the warranty.

This charging station is absolutely amazing. Charges 2 controllers and is very small so it can fit almost anywhere especially if you have some sort of home console where you put all of your electronic devices. Plus when you're not using it just push it back up and it holds your controllers.

Did not like how the controls just sat on top of the unit made it so easy for them to just fall over at any given time

I got this and was really excited to have more charging capabilities but then once home it didn’t work and I had to return it. Very disappointed
