Works good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to go with my new ps4 and new controller..not sure how long it takes to charge but it's better than having them plugged into the system

Low profile dual charger
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Charger is attractive (compared to other chargers) and low-profile. Docking is a little more difficult than other chargers but if you have out in the open, the look makes it worth it.

Nice Charger
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a nice charger for the price! It was a little difficult to get the controller in the cradle the first couple of time, but that may have just been user error.

Great product for not right price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this because I'd recently had a different brand that I liked but lost. This item is definitely put to use and I haven't had any issues with it so far.

Substandard Product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a not a very user-friendly device. The cradles' connection points at which each controller is plugged in takes much more finagling than the Energizer™'s product. If this product does have a lighting scheme for indicating if a controller is being charged and/or how much it has been charged, it's not apparent with the sort of clarity (red glow vs. green glow) offered by "PDP Energizer 2X Charging Station for PS4." Without this lighting scheme, there isn't a very clear means for determining when a controller is fully charged. Also, it's spring-loaded cradle feature is more of a nuisance than a clever design feature. This product claims to have LED indicators for charge levels. If it does, they don't functional. Upon properly mounting a PS4 controller, the controller's light bar glows a shade of yellow for a brief moment, but never again shows any lighting indicator thereafter. It's only pro is that it takes up very little space.

Lots of small issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In order to charge you place the controller on the charger and click it down, except.... Sometimes you have to wiggle the controller around so it will get connection to charge. Ours won't charge on both sides at the same time. It will charge either side, but if 2 controllers are on the charger only 1 side works (the same side ever time) and the other side won't maintain connectivity (it will charge if I hold the controller down all the way). Honestly, it's really a hassle and I'd prefer just to use cables to charge at this point; I actually saw this product page only because I'm currently looking for a different charger.

Springs don't last
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been through 2 of these charging stations. You have to place the controllers on the station and push down. After a month the first one we purchased, on side of the charging station stopped staying in the down position to charge. So we just used the one side and switched between our two controllers. The other side stopped working the same so we purchased a new one thinking maybe the first was just a lemon. It was 2 months after our second purchase the push down stopped working on one of the sides again. We are lucky to even get a chance to play weekly between work. The controllers pretty much just sit on the station waiting for us to use.

Handy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only one of my controllers is able to charge on one side. I use the other side as a holder so it's not a total loss. Only one side actually charges controllers. Attempted different ones

Pick a different one
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The charger looks alright but it takes up to much space as you are required to keep it sideways; if you turn it to face you then it becomes very difficult to impossible to grab the controller in the back without having to pick up the whole thing. Another problem is how 'sticky' it is, most of th time you have to use two hands to pick up a controller; one to grab the controller, and one to hold down the charging station. It's not really a problem but it does get really annoying. And finally the angles are horrible; you're not putting it in vertically, horizontally, or snapping it into place, you just have to either have a light shinning on it to line up the holes with the plug or just get lucky. When I used my PS3 controller charger it only took a week to get a hang of how to plug them in, with this it's been almost three weeks and I still have to guess. And it definitely doesn't help that you have to put it in sideways, while the thing scoots around on you. And to top it off it's already broken. I was just watching netflix when one of the controllers jumped off the charger. After closer inspection I found that the locking mechanism had broken on one side, this made it possible to only charge 1 controller at a time.

Useless
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First of all, as others have mentioned, getting it to actually dock is like rolling the gacha. You’re supposed to push down the controller until you hear a click, except when you go to remove your hand(s) after you hear the click, the controller pops back up and doesn’t charge. Sometimes I was able to get it to stay on the first try, other times it took 20+ times. Oh, and it doesn’t actually charge. I watched the light pulse orange on the top to indicate it was charging for hours. Yet when I went to use my controller it turned off instantly. But after an hour or so of charging with the USB it was fine. Really wish I hadn’t purchased this.

More of a pain than a hemorrhoid, ruined my charge
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not sure how anyone is giving this piece of s*** a good review, they must be high out of their minds. It's very cheaply made piece of junk. You push it down to charge but it pops back up and you have to fiddle with it for minutes, popping down over and over until it finally decides to stay down but then good luck putting it down to rest somewhere, most the time that causes it to pop back up again. As someone else said, now my controller will not charge in any fashion, including plugged directly into the ps4 system itself.

Faulty Charger
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The problem I am having with my charging dock is it will only put a charge into a fully charged remote if that makes sense. I noticed that I could have two fully 100% charged remotes and lets say I used the one remote for an hour or two of game play when I would return the used remote to the charging dock the dock starts charging the fully charged remote that hasn't even been used! over the one that has some battery drained. The only way to get the charger to stop charging the fully charged remote was to unplug it plug it back in again than it would stop. I can't say that all of these chargers are bad but the one I got definitely was which is a shame.
