It's so easy just to click them back into the charging station at the end of an evening. No fumbling with cords, no accidentally turning off the system so the controller doesn't charge overnight. When I turn my system back on, I always have a charged controller. For $15 on sale, this was everything I've ever needed.

I previously was using another charging dock that included a micro-USB attachment with metal contacts used to charge the controllers, this unit actually charges through the open port below the PlayStation button on the Dual Shock 4, so no additional parts needed! Simply seat the controller onto the charging prong, click the cradle downwards and you're charging. I rarely think about charging my controllers any more as I just make sure they sit in the charger when my PS4 isn't in use.

I had one of this chargers for my PS4 and I loved. After getting a second PlayStation for my kids room he always forgot to charge the controllers after playing and when going back to play the next day, the controllers were almost dead. This charger allows you to charge the controllers even with the PS4 off because they plug into an outlet wall. Best way to keep your controllers ready.

Charges the controllers flawlessly and Quickly, and believe me these controllers need it because the batteries on the ps4 controllers drain a lot faster than the ps3.
