The dock cradles require you to push them down to release a pop up so it took a few minutes to get the feel of it. If your rough it feels like it could break the charge ports off. The charger uses the inside and locates on the audio port vs the USB mini.

Great for holding a small tablet and cords

Good Investment

It eliminates the need for playing the game with a charging cord hooked to it. It allows you to charge controllers while you are not playing or you can charge one controller and still play the game with the other simultaneously. Very good investment. Thanks Best Buy.

A Must for Multiple Controllers

So I purchased this to charge my two controllers. It gets the job done and is well designed for the PS4. The charge ports are a little annoying in that sometimes when you place the controller on it, it pops right back up. You have to push it back down again to get it to charge. Controller light turns off when its fully charged.

Awesome buy for PS4 gamers!

Love how it acts as a holder for the controllers when not charging which is a big plus. Holds 2 controllers so they never have to wait for controller to charge.
