This charger is fairly well made but it's main selling point is the bright LED indicator showing that you actually have the controller sitting in the right spot. The red LED turns green when complete so you are never caught with a partially charged controller.

Worked well with my controllers. Sometimes however it would be difficult to charge my controllers and it would get annoying trying to adjust for it to charge.

This charging station is very simple and there isn’t much to it. The only con I see is that it comes with only one battery pack; that’s why I recommend this to casual gamers, not for people who need a very long charge for long sessions

I wanted to give this 5 starts, but ultimately the product doesn't dock as easily as the PlayStation 4 variant. I'd say I have a success rate of about 80% for clicking it into the dock properly every time where the PlayStation controller dock is 100%.

This is an amazing charger. The concept of having a dock to charge your controller is such smart idea, I cant put it into words. The only complaint is with the charger cord length and an adapter to plug it into the wall unit

Works great for about 4 months but just like all rechargeable pack the die out quickly. The good thing about this company is that they’ll send you a new pack when it does

Item is pretty good, it charges once the controller is set and "pushed down". I personally believe the pushing down portion could have been left out, but overall it does what my grandson wanted it for

Lights up red when charging, green when charged. Don’t know why the cradle springs up and down? Up the contacts don’t touch and it won’t charge, must be in the down position for charging. I just leave it down.

This is a great charger for your Xbox One controller. Just use the USB to plug into directly in the Xbox One and use the power of the console to charge your Xbox One controller w/the battery pack included with.

I was looking for the charging station Xbox one original one for long time. I tried to use a similar one, and it did not work very well. I am glad that I could find this on BestBuy.

I have been trying this game for years and it’s still a good one and it’s a great way one of my favorite things to do in a long long time but it has been the most enjoyable time I’ve ever had

In order for this to work you must take off the back battery part of the controller and switch it with a different part which doesn't even fit the control

Overall I would say it’s not bad, doesn’t take too long to charge my gamepad, however sometimes have to place it multiple times to start charging, maybe a glitch or something

I really like this product! My boyfriend has an Xbox and I totally forgot that the wireless controllers needed batteries to operate, so I found it more reasonable to get this and it works like a charm!

We bought another charger after seeing how well it charged our sons controllers. We have several consoles so having these chargers makes it easy to have a charger controller for online gaming.

We were going through batteries for controllers like crazy in our house. Not only were the batteries expensive, but also not environmentally friendly. This has been a great alternative which works great.

This thing did not only not work but it killed one of the controllers I tried it on. Don't know if it was just my product but would not purchase again

Wasn’t a bad purchase didn’t like that it only came with one back piece especially if you don’t have the standard black controller

With wired headset, you would need to remove the adapter before placing on the cradle to charge. Great if you are not using the wired headset.

Feels kinda cheap, but does the job. Didn't like the idea of pressing the controller down ever time to get it to contact.
