I understand why it was inexpensive because the battery life was horrible. Went back to standard batteries

It's okay but I regret not paying the extra few dollars to get the double charger

Was a little wonky at first, thought I was going to have to bring it back in but fixed itself somehow

It works but the cord is weak as well as the port on the device is very touchy

It does what it is supposed to do, but I don't like that it didn't bring the ac adapter.

The only thing I didn't like is that if you don't push down and hold it, it won't charge

It started charging at first and it was great, but after 2 days it stopped charging.

I was disappointed on the cheap quality of this unit. When docking the controller to charge you just place it on top and if you don't do that just right it will not charge. The spring loaded housing is loose and cheap, it pops up the charging contacts to the controller. I returned this product to buy an official Microsoft charging unit.

Don't buy it's cheap and doesn't work. I got it home and opened it right away it didn't work

Works well the charging dock could be better but it gets the job done

It charges but u can't buy replacement batterys or battery's for another controller

This charger is okay but I don't like how the handset sits balanced on top of it.

I thought it would work for my needs but it did not. Quality was good though.

You get what you pay for. Had this for a little over 6 months. Properly charged and discharged before docking. First the dock charger went first. Probably a problem with the micro USB power port on the back. Then the battery pack in the controller portion stopped holding a charge.

works good but i would prefer just a usb charger port

I don’t know if it’s just that I bought a faulty charger or because it was made cheaply in general, but it doesn’t charge my controllers properly. Actually it rarely charges them at all.

at first I thought it was great but within a month the lite stopped working so I don't know if its charged or not, gonna take it back next time I go in store. the mini USB port is loose already.

Worked well for the first few weeks of owning, near its 1 month mark, batteries would barely hold a charge for 2 hours of play time. Or if left off the charger, unused, 24 hours max.
