I may not be using it right, but the light doesn't light up all the time, not sure when it's charged, my chargers for Xbox 360... much better than this, disappointed

I bought thinking it was a great idea. Very cheaply made. You have to really work at getting a good connection to controller

If ypu are constantly charging a controller, this is not for you. It will stop working, or say controller is charged when it is not.

I don't like that you have to balance it just right to charge the controller. I think I would have spent a few bucks more and got a better and fancier one.

This is fine for charging when you have multiple controllers. For me I found myself charging every day. I’d prefer a charging cord

This has just a basic micro-USB cable that plugs into the back and the port is very shallow and incredibly easy to bend if you're not oh so careful with it. Maybe if you plan on putting it in one place and never moving it you won't have the same trouble but I found that just the shifting around I did to place the controller on and off the stand was enough to wear it out.

Unit gives you a new battery back for the controller, and it is a bit awkward to hold in your hands. Also it leaves the battery charging connections exposed to the back to the controller with kids around you never know what could happen, and I would hate for that to get wet, and short out or something. Batteries can be a dangerous thing. Not worth it to me, I returned this, and ended up getting an actual Xbox One Charge and play kit.

This charger needs a specific battery type. The battery this unit came with stopped holding a charge prematurely. Other batteries made by the same company won't work unless the battery compartment cover is removed. This makes it impractical. I regret buying this and should have just bought the official Xbox one charger.

I need a hair tie for this remote to work. The base does not stay clicked to charge the controller.

Doesn't seem to connect to charge remote every time plus when it does the charge isn't very long.

It stopped working 8 months after I bought it. It doesn't charge when I set the controller down on the stand. My nyko xbox 360 charging station still works 7 years later. This isn't a well made product. If you are considering this buy rechargeable batteries instead.

The mechanics of this item are clunky, does not make contact with the charger points easily.

You have to find the sweet spot to charge the battery on the wireless controller

I have a special edition controller and the last thing I want is to take off the original battery cover for the one that allows the rechargable battery to touch the dock. I wish it was like the one for xbox 360 where you just plug it into the dock, but looks like I'll have to go with the plug and play kit

Bought this for my husband, and after using it for just a little over a week it would no longer hook to the controller, and by the time I had time to take it back to Best Buy it was past the 14 day return limit and they wouldn't even exchange it for a new or different one. Terrible product.
