I bought this product at the same time as I bought the wireless Xbox One wireless controller. From the very beginning it never charged the controller. It was as if the contacts were so loose that it never contacted long enough to charge. VERY disappointed!!

They tried to add to many stupid features. The fact you can set your controller on this and it doesn’t charge, unless you click the base down, is stupidity at its best. Can’t recommend this product.

First of all I had to return the product because it did not work. But that is not why I give a 1 star. The 1 star is for the way the product is set up, you have to use there battery cover which makes it a pain to use.

The charger worked perfectly for about 6 months, but suddenly it has died. The battery no longer holds a charge and I can't get the station to turn on no matter what I do. I'm super disappointed in this product.

I have lithium batteries that last longer than this rechargeable model. I returned it because the charge wouldn't last more than a few hours of play. Went back to Energizer lithium batteries.

The first few days worked fine. After a few days the battery started draining faster. If you have a headset it will drain it even faster . Don’t waste your money on this .

Ended up purchasing a replacement that charged both controllers at once. I think there was a short in it or something, after three uses it simply quit working.

Get the double charger one even if you have only one controller I have had 2 of these, one little tap and the charging stand is broken internally

Not very good at all. Just for 4 months charging your controllers.

Please do not waste your money on this it only lasted one month. Would not recommend even on sale.

Quality and functionality are really low quality. I couldn't get the battery to charge.

I bought it the same time I bought my Xbox and it doesn't charge at all. It just blinks.

This is a simple charger for an Xbox One controller. This includes a USB cable to charge but does not include an AC adapter. You can either use a cell phone adapter, plug into an Xbox One USB port, or plug into a PC USB port (needs 5V). The charger is made of a cheap plastic, its very lightweight and looks cheap up close, but from far away it looks okay. For the price I can't complain. There is a LED light built into the base of the charge station which looks nice. A red/amber for when it is charging, and green for when it is complete. You need to use the included rechargeable battery and press the controller down on the charge station and line up the contacts. To finish, just press the controller down again to release. It takes a couple tries to get used to, but thanks to the LED lightning, you know if you have a good connection or not. Overall, I like it as I'm using this a stand for my controller when not in use and to charge my controller. Looks nice on my table for my PC gaming.

I purchased this and took it home and used it once and it does not even work

Had this for about 2 weeks now. I rated 4 out of 5 because of two issues. One - the charger does not sit on the base well. It wiggles around some and requires a little finesse to make it sit correctly to charge. Two - It will not fit on the charger with the chatpad plugged in. This could have (and should in my opinion) been part of the original design. However I don't mind unplugging that since I don't use the chat every time I play. Overall, I like you can push down to turn the charging on and off. I like that you have colors flashing (red = charging, green = fully charged). I've played for up to 2hrs, and not had any problems with needing to recharge or anything, so battery life appears to be good.

This is the third one of these products that I have had to buy. Avoid....

Was one of 2 charging stations offered and a terrible choice.

IT'S A PIECE OF JUNK. ONLY CHARGED ONE TIME. WASTE OF MONEY.

Unfortunately this product did not work with my controller.

Bought it and about a week later it stopped working!
