    Out of the box, besides not having Nintendo on the back of the grip, there really is no difference in performance between Nintendo's and this one. Nintendo does have metal on the inside where the Joy Cons lock in, where as the Power A has black plastic. I don't have or use Ambios, so there is no lack of having the touchless ability that the Nintendo ones offer.

    This grip is much better than the stock grip that comes with the switch. There is a rubber -like material where fingers hold it. And the shape is contoured.
