    The charger is very difficult to use. The controller has to be placed on the charger and pushed down to turn it on. Most times this must be down multiple times to ensure the charger is operating.

    Comes with two rechargeable batteries and the backs to the controller great for kids that lose batteries all the time. Only thing the batteries don't last that long that's Xbox fault. This should be included when you buy an Xbox .

    It's a dock that comes with rechargeable batteries. When the weight of the controller is on it, it starts charging red. When it's done it's green. You have to look on the bottom to see the colors. Meaning if you are standing and the dock is on the floor you won't be able to see the color and know if it's charging or not. Sometimes it doesn't charging because the controllers weight does hold it down to charge, so I would put a game case on top, follow by something heavier to keep it down. I've never been a fan of Xbox Wireless controllers because of this. Have to by extra accessories just to get things work. Just make the battery built in like Sony controllers

    2 position carrier store/charge just isn't that intuitive. Controller doesn't just automatically rest in the correct position.. you have to make sure the battery contacts are touching the cradle contacts. It works though.

    I bought this thinking it would easy to use like the PS4. It was not. Battery packs are clunky. Do they work? Yes. Are they as nice as the PS4 charging station? No. It was 19.99 when I bought it.
