It's a good product for the price I wouldn't say it's like great its feels kinda cheaply and poorly made but it does the job and it shouldn't brake if you use it correctly but kids will break anything soo

the charging stand works decent, but if the controllers aren't lined up and the ends aren't pressed in, they won't charge. also, the batteries don't always seem to last like they should

I fell in love with rechargeable batteries and charger stations when I got my 360. Of course this was a no-brainer with the One S. Or, it should have been. First, if you plan to use any adapters like for headsets, then you have to remove the adapter before charging the controller. I dislike adding and removing parts over and over for wear and tear reasons. Something is going to give. Second, my 360 charger works because of gravity holding the controller in a cradle. This is different. The entire charger "shelf" that holds the unit is slightly depressed downward at which point contact is made with the charger pins under a hold in the shelf. The charger has to be balanced just right or else it will not connect completely. And you need to press down slightly but evenly to assure connection. If I had it to buy again I'd not do so. I'd just get rechargeable batteries and a wall charger. One star because it works, but it should not be so much effort.

Not sure if I just got a faulty product but only one of the charging docks works. Didn't realize until after the return period so I'm stuck with this half working charger.

My only complaint is that when I set the controller on the base you have to push it down twice. The first time appears to turn it off, then the second on so it will charge. A bit odd, but I've gotten used to it.

The design could be better, the drop on set up says it works with an elite. What it doesn't say is you have to take all of the paddles of for it to connect. I'll probably buy a separate one later on.

it does what it should, but I am not a fan of the bulky back cover. I can not use the controllers that have these batteries and its cumbersome. they don't bother my son at all.

It does what it needs to do but at times I don’t like how I have to fight a little bit to get the controller to line up so it can change. Other than that there’s no issue with it.

The only issue with this is I haven’t been able to find battery packs to replace my bad ones. The only way I have found to do it is buy a whole new charging station.

Had this same unit for 2 years until the batteries stopped charging. Definitely cheaper than buying batteries but its frustrating that they have a short lifespan.

Now if I can only make sure the kids remember to put their controllers back on this device when they are finished playing. I still prefer using eneloop rechargable batteries.

I will be returning my charger today, one side will charge but you have to fiddle with it to make connection, the other side I have yet to get a controller to make contact to charge.

feels very flimsy and cheap, wish it was heavier. the controllers don't fit perfectly either, wish they would have a better fit and smoother as well.

No light indicator to show when charging properlyor fully charged. Dock must be pushed down to start charging. Otherwise just acts as a controller stand. It's okay

Does the job but my controllers easily fall off if I accidentally bump a nearby object and the plug comes out too easily.

Does not allow controller to seat quickly, needs a couple of times to get it to where controller will start charging. Not as good as an older one that I have.

I rate average, due to poor charging connectivity. Constantly blinking red because it would not charge as compared to the original Elite charging stand.
