Is a wierd charger because the batteries have not enough power to turn the control on, I have to turn it on the control on the charger base

When I first bought this charging station for my xbox controllers I was excited to be able to place my controllers on the charging station and not to have to worry about a single thing, but this particular charging station didn't even do what it was built to do. Tested it many times and left my controllers charging there all day and night and didn't even work. It was a waste of my time and money. I didn't returned them because I didn't even have time to do that. Very dissatisfied with the materials and construction.

I’ve always had some struggle with this charger. I have to wiggle the remotes for it to work and sometimes, one side won’t even work so I can only charge one at a time.

We bought this charger for Xbox one, but after two months one side stoped to charge, right now we have only one side for charging joystick. Good idea, but poor quality

I don't understand why this charger and its batteries don't fit the new xbox one controller. I have to take the backing off the controller, also have to sit it in a particular fashion to get it to work. It days it's the right size for that particular model but the cut is slightly off. I've tried several and this was the closest I've come to....oh well, also the charge only goes up to 50% is this normal?

Works ok, the controller doesn't connect well with it. You have to be very accurate with the controller placement.

Worked for less than 6 months then stopped charging in one side. Keep shopping or get the extended warranty

Don't bother with this it doesn't charge very good and the kids says it wasn't worth it.

I purchased this exact item for the new Xbox series X, wich on site it advertises it fits the new generation controller. Unfortunately it does not. I'm currently on my way to Best buy to return this item. Looking forward for another solution and or just purchase new batteries until theres am actual series X charging pack station available. This s**** is frustrating.

Idea is great, but it doesn't allow enough charge to the controllers. Ends up burning up batteries anyway.

I purchased this product for our XBOX One and had to return it due to defective battery component. Traded it in for a new one and that product would not charge the correctly. The controllers never completed charging all night. BestBuy rep believed charging component was defective. Not giving it another try and moved on to a more quality charging assembly.

Got this as a free add on with my xbox one bundle. It works but the battery life has dropped drastically now after a year of use.

Plastic feels cheap and unreliable. I usually have trouble snapping the controller down into charge position.

I bought this to replace a different one, works when it wants. Maybe I have a defective battery. One seems to work the other occasionally.

At first it started working like a charm and I actually use it all the time, but I hate the way the battery pack feels on the remotes and the fact that one of the sides doesn't always work. Actually, it doesn't most of the time and I have to move and jiggle it for it to work and only does like 40% of the time. Would recommend another brand.

Only gave 2 stars because second charging port just blinks after a couple of weeks. Planning to reach out to see if they can fix.

Very cheap! Not worth the buy! Spend the extra money to get the upgraded one.

Wish it had a longer battery life after you charge remote. To me it dies to quick

Not a fan of these. I purchased different ones at different times and they all do not last long. I do not know if it is the base itself or the rechargeable batteries but eventually, they just stop working.
