I bought this think that it would be like the Playstation dual charger port but it was absolutely different so you have to replace the batteries and the battery covers to the Xbox which take away from custom color controllers, also you have to jam the battery cover in for it to fit. After failing with this port I went with the Xbox Plug and Play as my choice.

It seems to charge when it wants too. I’m thinking about returning it for a new one.

Batteries didn’t last long at all. I don’t use it anymore..

I think it could be improved on the way it looks. Seems to take up alot of space

Have to wiggle the controller until it sits properly or it will not charge correctly.

Product worked for a month and then one of the batteries quit charging.

We had to return this product...one side of the charger did not work. You would have to hold it down in order for it to continue to charge. Was very disappointed to have to return it...which was difficult to explain since it was a gift from Santa.

Way too touchy...it won't stay down/charging, not a great design

This charger worked for less than a week. After that it didn't work right. Maybe it was just this particular one, that was defective. I took it back to Best Buy for a refund. Best Buy refunded my money with no problem.

Does not work as a headset adapter. Advertising done wrong

Why on earth would anyone make this type of product? Does not work with Microsoft OEM rechargeable batteries. This is junk and how it has the XBox name on it baffles me. Returning this useless item.

I bought one a year ago and only lasted a yr. I figured I’d give it a shot again for the price didn’t even last the night. It would not charge at all . I had to return I would not recommend this product.

The worst charging station ever. The battery packs intermittently turn off while using. The battery life is very low. The battery packs cause the controller to malfunction while using.

I originally had the nyko charge kit, and it gave out after only 1yr! So I had to look for a similar charging station that I used for my 360 and ran into this one! This charging station is perfect, I have no problems charging both of my controllers, and love the way stores them as well!! For one that has extended gaming sessions, this is a absolute must

After 2 months of use controller were getting super hot. Battery were getting so hot it was hard to remove them. I probably could have started a fire if it went un noticed. Just going to use regular batteries for now.

I bought this charger, even after 24 hours it still hadn't charged our controllers. Took it back and advised that these chargers get returned alot

Very flimsy. Falls over and you really have to work to make sure the charger is actually charging the remotes. I would return it if I still had the box.
