Doesnt work, No Support

Instead of immediately returning it, I tried to contact the support but the only way to contact support for this charger was through email. After 3 business days, they couldn't be bothered to email me back so I returned it and bought a different brand...

It starts breaking down and the charging lights start blinking red. Doesn't hold charges any more. Do not buy.

However, within the first 6 months the device doesn't charge the controllers and the charger only blinks red and not green to indicate that the controllers are fully charged.

Purchased new - one of the batteries was/is defective (it happens, I'm OK with that). Contacted PowerA support. They got back in a reasonable time and asked for necessary details. Provided immediately and waited ten days for a response. Got tired of waiting and contacted again. They asked for the same details, which I provided again. Then waited for ten days for a response. Got tired of waiting again and contacted again. Got excuse they were working on it and would be sending it out very shortly. It's now been over 30 days with no end in site and a severe lack of communication. Do not purchase anything from Power A.

These don't charge the batteries all the way
