It works pretty well

Sometimes it needs a little work for the lever in the charger to get pushed down. But once you get that worked out, it charges well and the batteries last a long time. I'd buy this again.

I only had one time it did not want to charge a controller but it may have been a user error. I like that you can dock the controllers and have them in a charging state or just use it as a holder.
