Love this thing, use it to keep my fiance and my controllers charged for our computers, can be a bit finicky sometimes with getting the controllers to charge unless it is on a perfectly flat surface.

Sometimes you gotta jiggle it once you get it on but the lights tell you when it is charging. Keeps a good charge for a decent gaming session. Highly recommend.

The charging station itself is working great, no more headaches from the kids yelling about trying to decide who gets the charged battery. The only small issue I have is that for some reason one of the battery covers does not fit exactly how it should, and it's somewhat pulling open the battery compartment from the piece that has the native usb c charging port. I tried swapping the covers but I was in fact using the correct one designed for the controller. Not really sure what the issue is exactly but it's a minor gripe. Charger charges controllers, a little shifting to get it placed just right sometimes but a minor adjustment is all that's needed. I highly recommend this if you have 2 or more controllers to keep them ready.

Great charging dock. Batteries hold charge for over 20 hours of game play. Controllers easily set into the dock and start charging. Does not disconnect all the time like my old Xbox One dock.

I have only had this since Christmas but I can say this has quite literally been a game changer for my household. I was RUNNING through batteries, almost to the point I thought about buying stock in Duracell to try and get some of my money back. It comes with 4 backs, two each for either type of controller which is nice, especially for some one like me who completely forgot to check if it would match with the ones I had. I would purchase this 3x over, my kids enjoy knowing their controllers will be working when they want to play and I absolutely the convenience of not having to stop what I’m doing to change batteries for the 47492th time.
