The back charger still works but the front charger stopped working about 2 months in and I’m about to go for the Best Buy warranty protection plan after I write this due to this thing being treated very good and still shorting out not charging on the front charger

One battery of the 4 was defective right out of the box. Decided to try out their customer service. Response was prompt, just make sure you have your receipt handy.

For me, this fulfills what it was designed for and does it well. Just wish those other options were included.

Family finally got it out only to find out that the ne battery covers do not work with our controller that was with the xbox or extra remotes. The tabs that keep the cover on are wider by a significant margin that the original cover hold down tabs
