It charges my controllers with the battery packs but the charger cord positioning is on the bottom of the device which is terrible. Constantly have to readjust it wish them made it on the side of the device instead of the bottom

Have to alternate controllers instead of charging both at the same time. The one port has worked great though for about two years.

I do not like how it feels like the batteries and the back do not fit on the controllers. Also, the back they come with is black so if you have a white controller it's just not the same.

The controller does not just fall naturally into place when returning to the charger. You have to wiggle it a bit until the battery and charging points match up and the lights illuminate.
