Stopped working after 3 weeks

Charging station

Light would be white indicating a completed charge but upon checking, the battery was half charged! Retuned for a new one. First charge on new station was good! Lights where white and upon checking , the battery was full. NOW, everytime i charge my controllers it glows white and batteries are half charged.

It will not charge using the built-in XBox charging port. BTW - this manufacturer's custom battery covers DO NOT WORK on new XBox Series X controllers, only the old models. The slots don't line up with the tabs.
