Though they did replace it, both the new pack and the 2nd original pack stopped charging as well. Charged a total of about 5 times before they stopped. Cool design but poor functionality.

The batteries work but the charging dock cannot hold the controllers in the correct configuration to allow a charge. If you press it down, it charges. But that is not feasible. Horrible purchase on my part.

Meh not impressed with quality

Many times the charging will error and you have to reseat the controllers. Not impressed. Would not recommend purchase.

I even tried to find a comparable power supply for it elsewhere to no avail. Get something else if for support purposes alone.
