Customers are saying

Customers express satisfaction with the price, button feel, cord length, and color of the Enhanced Wired Controller for Xbox One. However, some users report concerns regarding the controller's durability and the wired connection, with a few noting issues with the USB port and triggers. Positive feedback frequently highlights the absence of battery concerns and the lightweight design. The overall experience appears mixed, with strong opinions on both the positive and negative aspects of the product.

It was cheap and worked fine until about 90 days when the left trigger started glitching.

Have had issues with controllers in the past so we got the protection plan...best decision ever. Triggers failed after a 4 months. Power A should Change their name to Power F. Otherwise the design is good and the reason my son wanted it.

These work. However you can tell they aren't as good of quality as the actual Microsoft controller. The analog sticks began to stick after a week of use. I bought 2 and ended up swapping for the Microsoft wireless controllers and am much happier.

Not great. Used for a month and the buttons stick and there is a lot of motion creep. Just enough time to prevent being able to return to BestBuy. PowerA is hit or miss. One son is on his 2nd Nintendo Switch controller, the first was a dud, but the 2nd has been good. The other son had this controller for the Xbox and because it went bad, we just spent more and got a real-deal Xbox wireless controller instead. Buyer beware...save receipts.

Do yourself a favor and buy a legitimate wired Xbox controller. The joysticks hurt your fingers after a while due to sharp edges and caused hand cramps no matter how I held it.

Only lasted 6 months then broke. Junk. Cord broke and costs more than controller to fix. Be sure to buy the warranty when you buy this one.

Out of the box, the R1 button had an odd high pitch snap sound to it. As if it was about to break very soon. Overall, the feel of the controller was ok. But I was not as impressed like I was with the PDP controller. PDP feels sturdy and much better quality, imo. Buyer beware! I bought this Power A on clearance for $15. Original price was $30. Maybe I just got a defective controller? Eitherway, I paid a bit more for the PDP controller and I'm much happier.

Feels Like A Cheap Plastic Toy & Connection Issues

I recommend going with the PDP brand XboxOne Controllers. I've had one too many issues with the PowerA XboxOne Controllers, from buttons jamming or sticking, right and left trigger buttons popping out to eventual connection issues. Usually around 5 to 6 months of use the controller would begin to disconnect and reconnect with the slightest movement of the controller.

1st time I ever tried Best Buy online and of course the Controller Came to me with A button sticking! Out of the Package. I had to take another controller and replace the Thumb Button plastic internally from the other controller for it to work Now it doesn't even feel new when I use it.. It wouldn't be a big deal but I live 45 minutes from the city and it cost more in gas than to fix myself so i did. I am Just Disappointed I feel jipped.
