Fortunately company has a 2 year warranty. Contacted them and they are replacing controller at no charge. However, it will take 3 weeks for the replacement.

Im bummed that it doesn't fit on the charger so we have to keep replacing batteries (this is the only one of our controllers that dont fit).

The buttons look and feel good. I haven't got a chance to charge the controller yet with my playtime.

The only thing I have an issue is battery life. Any batteries don't last that long. But overall, it does the job and happy with it.
