Good Extra controllers for family
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought one of each of the four skins - they are great replacements for malfunctioning joy-cons, and are easier for visiting holiday guests (who are new to Nintendo Switch) to figure out. Only minus is the amiibo-reading (NFC) functionality is not available on these, so if you use that in any games you will still need a controller/joy-con with that capability. Big Plus - they are very efficient, and last a long time between battery changes. For any family like ours with a tray of rechargeable AA batteries, these are a no brainer.
