No reason to buy the Nintendo brand pro controller

I was looking for a controller to keep my hands comfortable over longer playing sessions. In the past, I have not trusted 3rd party controllers because the quality just could not match the native manufacturers. Because of this, I coughed up the $70(overpriced!) for the Nintendo controller and, like I expected, it was more comfortable. A few days later, this version of the PowerA controller came out. The price of the Nintendo controller still bothered me (considering an xbox or PS4 controller is $60) so I returned it and got the PowerA instead. I honestly can not tell a difference between the two in terms of build quality or feel in my hands. It is equal to the Nintendo controller in any game I have played with it. Buy this and save $20.

And, no regrets. Has a very solid weight to it, and works just as well as the Pro controller when it comes to a game like Mario Kart with tilt controls. Working great for us!

While it takes some getting used to, it provides an interesting alternative for gameplay. Durability and responsiveness are on par with standard controllers.

It is exactly as expected. It does not have vibration like a pro controller but my son didn’t mind at all. I am happy with this purchase.
