The charge indicator light never came on after I plugged in the charging cable, and the controller would not charge. I had purchased the controller about a month prior so BestBuy would not allow a return. I am exchanging emails with the manufacturer at the moment.

So far great and fairly easy to set up! We are sort of new to gaming so nothing to compare to. But can’t imagine something better.

I think the design is a little awkward, i.e. large size, analogue sticks are tall, and it has a cheap feel to it but for the price its a great buy
