Love the controller, been using it non stop. Plus the lights turn off when controller need to charge

Not sure if I purchased 2 faulty controllers, but more than likely just not great build quality when it comes to joysticks. All I play is Mario Kart, so after a month my first ones left joystick felt like it was broken inside. Would randomly get stuck in the down position causing drift. Returned it with protection plan to get a replacement. Used second one a little less to see if I could prolong the life of it. Well second one had the same issue after 2 months. Build quality just doesn't hold up like I need it to. I also have the PowerA nano controller just like this one and the build quality is soooo much better in it. Had it for 9 months now and still no drift or stick issues. If PowerA would improve the quality of parts used, I think this would be a great long lasting controller. Will be returning the second one in hopes i can exchange for another Nano version

This product gets 5 stars simply for simplicity of setting up and the GS protection everytime it breaks which for me has been twice now I just go in switch out and repurchase the protection plan. That alone has saved me 80$

I bought this hoping to connect it to my laptop and use it for gaming because I like the switch controller layout... it was bad idea... even over USB it's difficult to get it to function properly. If you specifically need a switch controller, it might be great. If you need it for any other purpose, stay away.

A pro like controller, instantly connects and hold a great charge

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for a family member. Our family played with it together and we all had a blast. It is a fabulous product. It has great features and great quality. As the saying goes "you get what you pay for." My family and I have bought a lot of Nintendo products and we always were satisfied. Every time we purchase something from Best Buy, we always have awesome experience!

Great controller very easy to pair with game great feel

Initially this controller was awesome. Worked well for the price and doesn't feel cheap. Now though there is an odd issue where when pressing right on the left analog stick it's almost like I'm tapping it. I likely just need to spray some electronic contact cleaning solution in there and let it dry and we'll be good. Overall I really like this controller, just wish I didn't already run into an issue with it.

I love this controller, it's wireless and a lot bigger than the smaller standard controller for the switch, its definitely a controller for the older generation...

I bought 2 of these for my Nintendo Switch. The original controllers are kinda small and uncomfortable for extended periods and I was getting hand cramps. These seem to have taken care of that problem.Yay!

This wireless remote is wonderful. It works very well and extremely durable.

My daughter brought this as this is the only she can afford from the money she saved. It was a good one, It lasted for 8 months. Because we brought this through Best Buy membership, we got a replacement for free.
