The charge indicator light never came on after I plugged in the charging cable, and the controller would not charge. I had purchased the controller about a month prior so BestBuy would not allow a return. I am exchanging emails with the manufacturer at the moment.

This happened at the same time as the other controller from the same brand that had the springs stop putting the joystick to center as it’s supposed to. Would not recommend the brand.
