It is not. It does not in fact have the rumble feature.

Nice wireless controller but a bit too bulky

One thing, I wish is the controller is less bulky as it makes it sometimes tough to play games due to size.

Also takes AA batteries instead of being rechargeable, which may or may not be an issue for you. I haven't used the customizable buttons on the back, but I can say I accidentally push them all the time when playing so I'm not sure I would want them mapped to anything. D-Pad is not much of an improvement over the mediocre one on the first party pro controller. Overall though a good cheap alternative. Think of it as a "player two" controller
