The charge indicator light never came on after I plugged in the charging cable, and the controller would not charge. I had purchased the controller about a month prior so BestBuy would not allow a return. I am exchanging emails with the manufacturer at the moment.

The controller is said to have vibration but it doesnt in any way shape or form.
