I really wanted this controller to work right. I was excited to find it on sale. The first time I used the controller it was in a FPS game and as soon as I loaded into the lobby my character was spinning around because there was drift in the right stick. It didn't seem to effect in game play so I decided to use it. Then I tried using the paddles. Once they were mapped the buttons took longer to use which made them useless. Next I tried the adjustable triggers. They would not work on the setting that required less pull on them. On the middle setting they would only work sometimes. So that was another feature that didn't work. And now the "X" button is not working right. And I'm not a button masher and have controllers that I've had a lot longer and work fine. So if you do buy this controller it is well worth it to buy the extended warranty.

After going to several stores to find my grandson an Xbox controller your salesman found one left! He was very friendly and have us excellent service!

Purchased this as a gift for my son's best friend. He absolutely loves it. It's still going strong and he hasn't had any issues out of it.

Returned 3 times first one had bad stick drift out the box, other 2 chat was super low even with firmware update so just returned quite frustrating because the feel of the controller is nice

The best Xbox controller I have ever used! It’s kind of pricey but you get what you pay for. The customizable options are great too.

Very smooth movements and the ability to customize the triggers and paddles is a major plus. I have not had the controller long, but so far I am impressed.

Excellent option for a pro controller. Most other controllers in this category will cost you close to $150, which isn't worth it in my opinion

The best alternative for the much expensive Elite controller series 1 and/or 2. I would definitely recommend it.

Works well and no issues like I was having with my other controllers. Very well put together. Exchangeable colors inside so you can personalize the controller.

Decent controller but the the casing for the face of if could be made outta stronger material

Great wired controller couldn't get what I wanted & this was the next best thing in line. Mainly used for PC gaming. Worth the money so far.

Great controller, feels a little cheaper than an actual Microsoft Elite controller but has all the same features at a good bit lower price.

Although this controller is wired - it outperformed the xbox pro elite series 2 controller. Good control for the price

Its good a product but for the price I realized that my money just could've gone to something better. Everything about this controller feels cheap and PowerA just put a 79$ sticker to it. Also the controller felt like it had a ton of input delay and the trigger stops didn't even feel like anything that were supposed to be trigger stops.
