Broken C Stick

Out of the 5 controllers, 3 of them have the same problem with the c stick. In game, it reads as it constantly being dragged down. Out of the remaining 2, one broke entirely and there is rattling within the controller so I assume something came loose. All of them were handled properly and never dropped. The controllers are poorly made and it’s a shame there is no alternative controller available. For only 1/5 controllers to still be working after a mere 3 months use, it’s pitiful.
