Broke with in 3 months

I've probably played 1 hour a day every day for 4 months. At around 3 months of playing, controller started to acting weird. When I press down direction on my Joypad, it will input as upward once in 10 times. I thought it would be fine since it didnt effect my game play that much. But recently, it started to false input almost every time i press down. Now that i tried to go register my product to the company's web site, it didn't let me log in. I thought my login info was incorrect, and i sent them request to reset my password. It told me that the email would come right away. I've been waiting for couple of hours now, and it still hast come yet. Horrible product, horrible customer service.

Anyone who goes out of their way to get a Game cube controller for Super Smash Ultimate (as i did) will have a huge problem with a faulty C-stick, it is absolutely unacceptable.
