    Suprised Nintendo licensed this controller.

Controller feels cheap, buttons make a loud click when pressed, no wake up function, no rumble motors and takes standard batteries. I knew about the batteries and no rumble when i bought this, but for the price i paid for this i expected at least descent quality. I've got a cheap $17.00 controller that is far superior to this PowerA controller in every way. Plus it rumbles, has a rechargeable battery and wake up function. I wanted a gamecube style controller so i bought this. I can not recommend this controller however.

Great, beautiful controller. Uses batteries, not USB C. Also no vibration or NFC which is a downer for the price. I like this because the analogs are easy to use and it feels nice on the hand. Recommend for those who are not a huge fan of the analogs on the Switch Pro controller. GameCube look is awesome. Could be played with every game.

Controller has worked well so far. No connection issues and great build quality. It also has all of the extra buttons you need to operate on the Switch. Only short coming is the lack of a rumble feature, but still a great controller for the price.

I guess I just didn’t read the part on the box that this controller uses AA batteries. I really can’t believe that switch products are made like that. On top of the battery issue the power button is difficult to find. Other than those things, it works great.

I highly recommend this controller. Love that it is wireless and it's format is more of a traditional one for those that like a larger controller closer to the original Nintendo ones. It was reasonably priced as well.

I got this specifically to play Super Mario Sunshine. It didn't feel right not to. Feels nostalgic, using it again. I have fairly small hands, even for a woman and it doesn't feel too big or too small.

I had a GameCube back in the day and enjoyed this controller. It is much easier to handle comparing to the joy con controller. I’m also impressed with the motion sensor on this controller as well. Definitely worth the purchase.

Great controller knowing that I don’t need to purchase an adaptor. Works awesome with smash bros ultimate! I would recommend going into the controller settings and get the buttons to function as the old GameCube controller for melee

The controller works great for Smash and many side scrollers, but it could feel slightly awkward at first for other Switch games where the GameCube controller was not what they designed the game around. Still plays great.

I've always had a soft spot for the GameCube controller and had no second thoughts about purchasing this one. Love that it's wireless and has two Z buttons this time. Only missing the rumble function and it would've been perfect.

For those who had a GameCube, or for younger kids who want to experience GameCube gameplay. This adds a ton of nostalgia. Works wonderfully for Smash Bros.

This controller feels just like an original GameCube controller and works well for wireless connection to the Nintendo Switch. It does not have a rumble function, which is inconvenient for certain games, and you will need to change the batteries on occasion, but otherwise it is a great purchase for the price.

If you’re a fan of melee and never can not play without using the gamecube controller.. then this is what you want! 9/10! It would’ve give it 10/10 it had the rumble feature which is not a big deal personally.. but still

Definitely wasn’t my favorite back in the day but it works great. Much better feeling to game with then the newer controllers. Plus nostalgia did it, I had to have it. Next time I’ll make sure it’s the wireless one. A good purchase and look forward to more from Nintendo.

Bought this for my son because he wanted to use it to play the new Smash Brothers game. He always like the original GameCube controller for that game, so I'm glad they made one that is compatible with the Switch

Really great wireless controller for the switch. The old GameCube style is perfect in terms of giving you the old school feel. No issues with it at all so far! Highly recommend, and better price than the pro controller!

I love this controller! I have a pro controller too, which costs significantly more, and I find myself using this one more often. If you played on gamecube waaaay back in the day, you need to get this.
