Purchased this controller for my grandson & he is raving about it. He says, "just what I wanted!" Best Buy had the best price - - fyi.

Perfect for all old school GameCube lovers. Mostly used for smash bros or Zelda games. One of my favorite controllers.

Loved the Gamecube controller when I was younger, and it is great to have a Switch controller that looks/feels like one. Connects and acts just like a Pro Controller, so it is very effortless to get set up. It does not have rumble, but that doesn't bother me at all. This is also a great alternative to the Pro Controller since I play a lot of PC games with an XBox One controller, and it is nice have a different button layout so my muscle memory doesn't get messed up since on the Pro Controller, A B X Y are backwards compared to an XBox One controller

Awesome product...I would highly recommend this to anyone who is a gamer....My kids love this and I enjoy the nostalgia of the GameCube controller.

Love to pull out the old game systems for fun. Old games are great and this controller works perfectly.

This is my favorite controller layout. Glad they have this as an option. It's really nice if you play on multiple consoles and keep hitting the wrong buttons when you get on the Switch.

Only downside is no rumble. But I really enjoy this controller and only play smash with it. Plus it has the all the buttons for the Switch in case you need to use it for another game.

I have no problems with this controller! it connects fast and works just as needed. Cheaper that the pro controller and easier to use also (for Super smash bros)

Im so happy that they finally brought back the smash controller the button layout is perfect for smash. The only downside is no rumble but wont stop me from still using it.

Our kids love this controller! Colors are great and it the perfect controller for smash bro and Mario cart! This controller is a must have!

Works great and has helped me numerous times as I play tons of different games!

Only downside is they aren't rechargeable but work great with all games, there is no motion controls either but you can't beat it for the price, feels just like the original.

Awesome controller. little to no lag and great for being able to spread people out when having a huge match. Definitely worth the money!

I love this controller because it's like a wireless GC controller. The only problem is that the Switch shows controls for Pro Controller, but you have to translate them to the GC controller. In other words, 'A' on the Switch Pro controller is the button on the right of the button diamond display on the console. 'A' on the GC controller is the big green button. That said, the button mapping is the same for GC games like Super Smash, and if not, you can always re-map it. I love this controller overall, and I wouldn't trade it for anything! Since the 'A' button is the primary button on Super Smash and Mario games, my 52 year-old mother can play with me and not have much trouble. I'd make this my primary controller if it weren't for the Switch's control tutorials!

The lack of rumble is disappointing, but at a fraction of the cost of a pro controller, I would recommend it. I bought two and one stopped working (must’ve been defective) and PowerA sent me a replacement immediately.

One of my sons loves this controller. He says that this works better when playing Nintendo Mario Party & Super Smash Bros a lot easier.

Even without the rumble, i think this is great for the price. really has the nostalgia of the original, love it for sunshine on 3d all stars!

Only use this controller for smash bros. I think that’s all that need be say. It does that task amazing though.

The controller works perfectly and feels like a good old fashion GameCube controller
