Some parts where the original was in metal (part to slide in the controller, etc.) is plastic in this one but looks sturdy enough.

PowerA - Joy-Con Comfort Grip

I lost the original one which made me realize just how much I missed this. Definitely better than playing with two separate, tiny controllers.

Simple controller solution

Not as comfortable as a pro controller but a lot cheaper of an option provided you have the extra joycons already.

I do wish the console came with 4 controllers & 2 grips, but the price is cheap enough that I'm not complaining about buying this better grip.

More comfortable than OEM grip

But if you need a second grip, or your hands cramp up with the OEM, then get this one.
