There is nothing to guide the controllers to the contacts and nothing physically to indicate that you’ve made contact. You have to balance the controller and wait to see if the controller’s orange charging light comes on to know if it’s touching the charging contacts.

Works perfect for him and keeps his controller charged with an extra one on deck if needed :)

Said it’s better than the actual one from Sony and it cost way less. Definitely worth the money. It’s sleek design and minimalist space makes it great for charging your controllers instead of having to charge one controller at a time. Highly recommend.
