My old Wii bar required an endless amount of batteries. This Wii bar works off the Wii and when you turn off the Wii the bar turns off. It is perfect.

One of our kittens chewed through the original, wired sensor bar. This wireless replacement is great AND the cat hasn't messed with it...yet anyway. ;^)

I love that the sensor bar can be used wireless! Also, I love that the range that the sensor bar can pick up can be switched from standard to wide.

The way it drains batteries is a bit of an issue, but it also includes a cable so it can be used as a replacement without batteries.

It works as expected . Connects to the wii seamlessly and is as good as it even better than the wired one you get with the wii

The sensor bar works way better than the stick one, the larger range works well for the girls, and they seem to enjoy the games better.

This adds the extra needed range you are looking for, the kids love that they have a wider and farther range of play now, definitely recommended.

I don't know about you but the movement sensor that comes with the Wii U is really basic. The cord is exceptionally long but it's slips and moves so easily. It's really annoying. This one comes with a power cord but being able to use the sensor with the batteries and place it wherever, is so convenient. It syncs just fine and it has an auto off function so it doesn't drain the batteries. Still has some of the issues that come with using the Wii movement sensors in general but that's nothing new.

I have the old original bar and bought this one thinking it would be more accurate but I didn't really notice a difference. It's probably more for larger rooms which mine isn't.

This sensor bar is so much better than the one that comes with the wiiU. It never loses track of any players in the room.

This wireless sensor bar is so much better than the older GameShark one I had for my Wii. Haven't had a single issue with it.

when the wire was cut to my Wii receiver I purchased this instead of buying a whole new system. It works great.

This product was easy to hook up to my system. It is a shame it wasn't included and had to be purchased separately.

We think the wireless bar works great so far and even better than the original one. It is nice to have one less cord to worry about.

it works great, with the ac adapter but people can use it with batteries that have to be replaced once in a while.

Bought this for the original wii it works great!! It does say it's for the WII U but it does work for older WII.

Love the wide range of the sensor and the wireless feature is great with kids that love to get into anything and everything.
