This cable has lasted quite a while, but it was the last cable. I wish they wouldn't discontinue things

This works great with my PS4 controller. Great quality at an affordable price. I bought two, so I could charge two controllers at the same time. They were cheaper than 3rd party aftermarket cables.

Works wonderfully, I have no complaints about this product at all 10/10 experience.

If you want to play competitively I’d recommend genuine PlayStation cables/accessories. With the competitive nature of these companies, they try to make sure their stuff works better. Typical comp grinders.

First up I too thought this USB charger cable for PlayStation 4 was made by Sony. It isn't but if you ignore the misleading title description & read further down you see the item is an Officially Licensed Sony product. Also the pictures online are from an earlier Power A model that's probably been discontinued. The older model looked better. What you will receive is a pretty basic black 6.5" USB charging cable in a cheap blue box. There are No Gold Connectors so right away I was let down. The older model also seemed to have an added sleeve on one side of the cable which is gone now too. Overall I decided to return these. As an aside to add insult to injury I had ordered two of these on a Tuesday for $9.99 ea. only to see them go on sale a day later for less. So not only did I not get a Sony cable but I got a cheaper version for full price lol. Anyway I'm posting New Pictures of the item you will receive if ordering these PS4 charger cables. Enjoy!

Works perfectly fine as a Micro-USB cable. Does what you'd expect.

To be clear, this 1 is for Best Buy, not PowerA. But to some extent Sony. There is a certain type of micro USB required to sync the controller with a ps4 or PC. It's not a standard cable. The last one I bought just didn't work. You can only get an official one with a ps4 system, or so I thought. So when I saw this I was ecstatic. The listing says Sony, I did not think to zoom in on the image to see the small PowerA logo. That image is not even the same box I received (attaching my own image, showing logo at the bottom). That said, this did sync with the ps4 using an older model controller (after hitting the reset button with a paper clip!). And it seems to be more physically stable on the controller connection than the official one. But I will run more tests before buying another... and it won't be from Best Buy.

This PS4 charge cable charges our controllers correctly, does not fall out of the charge ports, and the length of the cord is an awesome plus. Considering we charge and use our PS4 controllers through our PC.

I bought this card to replace the power cord for my roku remote. The chord is definitely a strong and good.One long enough so I don't have to be so close to the power outlet. I would recommend anyone this court

Overall this is a good USB to Micro USB cable. In fact, it is better than the bargain cables you can find online due to the design of the Micro USB end. All cables have to fit snugly to prevent the end from just falling out. Cheap cables use raised bumps that aren't high enough or are quickly pressed flat enough that they fall right out. Good cables, like this one, use tiny barbs with a spring that latch on much more securely. This alone gets the cable 4 stars. Pricing isn't great, but I'm willing to pay $5.-$10. dollars more for the better quality ends and the convenience of being able to pick it up at a store immediately rather than wait 2 or more days for it to arrive. The problem is that the end itself isn't very sturdy. Using it for it's intended purpose- that is to say charging a PS4 controller- means that if you want to play more than a few hours, you have to leave it plugged in to keep the controller charged. It plugs in the front of the controller & sticks straight out, so if there's ANY amount of stress the end will bend. Sit on the cable or get it caught on the chair? Don't pull normally or you'll break the end. At best the barbs no longer stick out so the cable falls out easily like other cables, at worst contacts in the cable end itself are broken meaning an intermittent or worse no connection. It is a problem with this particular cable? or Micro USB cables in general? It seems to be the latter, unfortunately, but this the best middle ground I've found to date- above average quality, yet inexpensive to replace on a regular basis.

Great product. I used it to transfer data from my camera when I forgot my SD card. It did what I needed to do. Thank you to the Geek Squad at the Spartanburg for recommending this product. The phone agent had me order the completely wrong product.
