For something as common as a Micro USB cable I would not expect to pay more than $5 when I can go to pretty much anyone/anywhere and get one for just over $1. Best buy only had 1 cable left so I was forced to overpay for something basic.

It is what is shown in the last two pictures that are shown in pictures. It doesn’t have the magnetic coils and does not have gold plated connectors. It is a basic USB to Micro cable and nothing more.

Poor Quality

I contacted the store and I was told that since I didn’t have the box I wouldn’t be able to exchange the defective cable. I normally keep the boxes just in case of an issue but with everything going on I’ve just been throwing boxes away and you’d think that Best Buy would understand my concerns since you have to schedule an appointment just to walk into a store or do curbside pickup that takes over a week to be available for pickup. Lesson learned and I’ll go somewhere else to purchase items for his ps4
