I was afraid the battery for my PS four controller was going bad. Luckily it was just the cable. This cable is also twice the length of the original… Very convenient.

This is really more of a public service announcement than a review. In case nobody knows, this cable is the only way to get a PlayStation console to recognize a Dualshock controller so that you can then pair it remotely. It must be connected with an officially licensed cable first. This brand might be the only capable of doing so. Conventional cables won't work for some reason. So if you lose the cable that a Dualshock 4 comes with, you need this one to charge it, or to get a console to recognize it. Also, if you pair it remotely with a personal computer (which is possible) you need this cord to use it with a PlayStation 4 again, because the PS4 won't recognize it remotely until you do. It also works to physically connect a Dualshock 4 with a personal computer. It's incredibly useful. The only complaint I have is that the teeth which hold the microUSB in place have weak springs underneath them so they wear out quickly. This was a problem I encountered with the first ones I bought. I dont know if they've fixed them since them.

Works very well with my tv an my gaming units i have purchased 2 more.

My daughter broke her last cable and we were able to get this new and longer cable. So far it has worked perfectly and the longer length comes in handy.

The cord is a has a nice length to it, haven't had any issues surrounding the port the cord plugs into with the cord ever falling out or becoming loose.

This standard charging cable is a must have for anyone with a PS4 using wireless controllers. There’s nothing worse in the gaming world than being in the middle of a game, unable to switch controllers (if you have 2), and fearing that it’s going to die on you. I purchased this standard charging cable and now all I have to do is plug it in as a back-up in those situations. It’s pretty lengthy too, so there’s plenty of room to sit back away from the TV and still have some slack on the cord. Price is extremely affordable for the product you get.

This cord is much better than the original cord for dual shock. The length of the cord is solid. You can find longer ones, but the quality lasts well.

Now days every thing has to be charge and we can never have enough chargers..it seems that every time someone visit they need to charge their device or the kids are always taking chargers with them somewhere and loosing them.

Bought this so I could have a longer charge cable to play while charging. It does the job perfectly. And it was a fantastic price for an officially licensed product.

We had to replace the charging cable for the PS4 it hasn't been an issue at all it works well and the length is good.
