This controller is average at best. The hardware is cheap and really doesn't last long, you are better off with the regular controllers . slow lag response time as well

Less than a month in, and the drift is here

I bought this controller about three weeks ago and I'm already having major drift issues with the left stick. I didn't even use it for the first week I had it because I was still waiting for my Switch to arrive. So two weeks of (admittedly moderate to heavy) use means that every now and then Link (BOTW) moves forward at a stumbling snail's pace instead of full speed or tries to walk towards the camera when the stick is in neutral position. I can fiddle with the stick for a minute to get it back to working for another hour or so before it starts up again. Some might argue that you get what you pay for in this controller, but I went with this controller because even the much more expensive Nintendo Pro controllers have complaints about drift issues. I figured that if I was unlucky enough to get a problem controller, then at least I wouldn't have paid $60 or more for it. I still expected this to last at least 3-4 months. There is a two-year manufacture's warranty apparently, so I may try to work with that, but other's have complained that it's a mess of a company to work with. I will likely give this controller another go (I need to get one before the drift renders my current one unusable) just because it's a quarter of the price of the pro and I don't want to throw extra money towards a controller with similar known issues.

I used this for a while with my Switch but recently bought an adapter so I could use my Xbox controller instead. I found the Xbox controller to be more familiar. Just my opinion.

I got this because the original joy cons suffered from switch drift. These starters to suffer from it almost right away also.

Its an okay controller. I don't like it for playing smash because the sticks are way too big. Prefer the pro controller stick size.

This was not convenient for his game. It was not compatible and it limited his movement. The remote was nice but not doable for us.

3 out of 5 stars because the controller buttons make a lot of noise... Over all it isn’t a bad product. You get what you pay for...

The controller itself feels kinda cheap and the analog sticks are not well calibrated so using the analog sticks can be very inaccurate.

I would recommend buying a wireless controller as opposed to the wired one, if it being wired is really a concern the wireless ones are able to be connected with no issues. Being that the system is portable and pulling on the controller/wire will cause the system to go flying. This is not a good thing for such an expensive and small system.
