Unfortunately it was dead on arrival. Problem is I ordered it in September and didn't discover the issue until the day after X-mas so well past the return period. Guess that will teach me to be so proactive on gift purchases. Probably just got a dud unit and an unfortunate set of circumstances. The other controller I bought from the same brand works fine.

Not a goid choice

The first unit lasted 3 days after Christmas and was replaced under warranty. The second unit is beginning to show signs of "stick drift." I would not recommend this product.

Flimsy controller, drift issues after a few weeks
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a very basic controller that doesn't feel very good in hand nor when pressing buttons or moving the sticks. The entire thing feels very hollow and the shell feels like it was 3D printed at someone's house. After a few weeks of light use, the left stick began to drift and the controller became unusable. Power A support required a receipt for warranty support, but I received it as a gift so they would not help me. The warranty is supposedly for two years, and the controller hasn't even been on the shelf that long, yet they won't honor the warranty without a receipt. I do not recommend this controller at all unless you're giving it to a kid and plan on replacing it a few months down the road. You get what you pay for here.

Headphone jack?

Like other reviewers have said it feels cheap but I'm going to be taking it back because it there is no place to plug your headphones into.
