Had to get it with the Breath of the Wild simply as a must. Standard controller

No surprises -- have had many remotes in my gaming life and this is acceptable

Everything is good except the cord could be longer.

The controller seemed to kill my Switch dock USB ports, as they no longer deliver power. Ports worked fine for weeks with other peripherals, but after using this controller one time, nothing works in any port now no matter what I do. Online research seems to indicate others have had similar (though not as extreme) power draw issues as well. Oh yeah, and my dock was out of warranty. One plus is that Windows instantly recognizes the controller, so I can at least still use it for something.

Watch the wire if it detaches. It can get damaged and not connect again.

It works perfectly. The last one I bought started "drifting" to the left so I bought a second one.

I've used Power A controllers for Xbox for years and they've been great, so I figured why not get one for the Switch. Unfortunately this has not lived up to the Xbox versions. I've had this controller for just over 2 months, I repeat 2 months, and the left stick is drifting and causing problems, since it's a third party controller you can't recalibrate it with the switch recalibration setting. I would understand if it was used constantly, but it was used maybe an hour or two a day to do Animal Crossing or Zelda. I find this unacceptable for such light use even for a budget friendly controller. I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because it works great for a little while then craps out on you suddenly.
